Repositioned Internal Model Control Strategy on Time-Delayed Industrial Processes With Inverse Behavior Using Equilibrium Optimizer

This paper investigates a repositioned inner-loop stabilized internal model control technique for demanding inverse response industrial processes and bioreactors with integrating/unstable dynamics. A proportional-derivative controller based on Routh stability principles is used to achieve stabilization. For set-point pursuit, the servo built by applying relocation principle plant model. The metaheuristic equilibrium optimizer methodology optimal settings of proposed method. recommended investigated managing such as steam drum level system, concentration in enzymatic reactors, continuously stirred tank reactors. thorough examination scheme’s robust performance also provided. It provides significant improvement metrics when compared some recently reported strategies. Particularly, suggested strategy yields an over 47% disturbance rejection more than three times faster integral double loop strategy.
